The Money Pit

I would like to congratulate Dan Albetta for achieving 1048 hits on my blog in three week.(See Dan you finally have the popularity you have always craved) Three weeks ago I posted how Dan Albetta earned $160,000 in per-session In five years. Meanwhile,  teachers at Manhattan Center were constantly told  that there was no per-session money for them.

Albetta’s draining of per-session money is only one of a number of things that make Manhattan Center a true money pit.

Principal David Jimenez used the school’s procurement card (P-card) as his own personal credit card. Jimenez paid for trips to China, Thailand (I assuming what happens in Thailand stays in Thailand) and San Francisco using the P-Card. Jimenez also thought that the term P-card stood for Parking spending nearly five hundred dollars on parking according to his FOIL expense reports.. (Have no fear David, Dan is not as popular as you on this blog.)

The worst thing about these two individuals is that they both feel that taxpayer’s dollars belong solely to them.

  1. I remember that trip to San Francisco original it was a Professional Development for Science teachers. It was a weekend PD that for Jimenez, Bradley and Hernandez turn into a four day vacation. Meanwhile, Albetta.returned a day before them. I just wondering if they were hanging out on the corners of Haight and Ashbury street trying to relive the summer of love.
