The Mysterious Mr. Bradley

The Mysterious Mr. Bradley

I’ve just finished reading Mr. Thomas’ blog
http://www.mcsmledger.blogspot.com. For the last week Mr. Thomas has posted Mr. Bradley’s testimony. After reading today’s post I have one question,WHY DID MR.BRADLEY HAVE TO BE SUBPOENAED TO TESTIFY? I then re-read Mr. Bradley’s testimony from my own 3020a hearing in which the Arbitrator Lisa Brogan noted that Bradley’s testimony was the most creditable out of all the members of the administration.Taking that into account I am assuming that Mr. Bradley’s reluctance to testify was because he feared the inevitable PERJURY or worst the WRATH OF JIMENEZ. The reality is Mr. Bradley on that cold winter morning of January 10 2013 made the biggest mistake of his life he walked out of Manhattan Center towards first avenue.
A month later he made the second biggest mistake of his life he testified at my 3020a hearing and said ” Mr Silvers has made improvements in his lesson planning.” In the eyes of Jimenez  the only way for Bradley to rectify this blunder and show his loyality was to testify at Mr. Thomas’ hearing, but he refused and had to be subpoenaed. Now if Mr. Bradley failed to answer that subpoena he could be held in contempt of court and been given a jail term based on the judge’s discretion, but on the other hand failure to testify for Jimenez meant that Bradley could have faced the same fate as other APs who failed to support this evil regime. (And I’m sure Bradley’s hands prints are on a few of those knives.) The reality is that Bradley had to be subpoenaed because he knew nothing happened and that the video tape evidence would show that the administration was the aggressors. In reality, Bradley was in a no win situation and he knew it so he sat down with Albetta and Jimenez and created the greatest fairy tale (and no David this is not a sexual reference.) since Mother Goose.

Mr. Bradley had two choices stand up and say this is wrong or give up his honor. Maybe Mr. Bradley should have read the Aesop Fable of the Scorpion and the Frog.

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on his back. The frog asks, “How do I know you won’t sting me?” The scorpion says, ” Because if I do I will die too.”

The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing that they will drown the frog gasps “Why?”

Replies Jimenez “ITS MY NATURE.

Moral of the story: Go ask Jimenez’s friends how loyal he is to them.

  1. Given his reluctance to speak, he sure told a whopper: that Thomas hit him 5 or 6 times, all while carrying a book bag, without getting disheveled in any way. Meanwhile, Bradley, hellbent on “protecting the kids and the safe corridor,” never informed security about what was going on, took over a half hour to get there, magically appeared just before Jimenez got there, in time to see Thomas punch him “5 or 6 times” without interceding in any way. Sounds a bit implausible, dontcha think?
